It means leadership. β € β € 5 of us spent a weekend in Phoenix in April, and came back even clearer, more refreshed and bolder on what we are doing. We may have a little fun along the way, too β˜ΊοΈβ € β € We can’t wait for the retreat Jake and I are putting on this fall for our massively growing team of Executives - 18 and counting!

I can show you how to grow your belief... I do it time and time again as I watch partners on our team have breakthrough after breakthrough. But you have to be willing to go there. To take the first step. To get uncomfortable. To choose this as the “hard” that you are willing to face. To jump into the unknown... or at least dip a toe. To be coachable and committed. β € β € Ps no one is an overnight success... not in any profession, not in any industry. Some of the best advice I’ve gotten that I’ll pass on to you is to stay in your own lane. If others’ success is inspiring to you, then take it in. If it’s stifling to you and chipping away at your belief, leave it at the door. β € β € And I just freaking LOVE seeing people step into their greatness and believe in themselves and do great things... it’s truly the best. πŸ’—
